My Prize Arrives

We began the day by driving the short distance to Bud and Susie Walsh's site.  When we pulled up to their site, Zoey, their golden lab, came out to great me.  She was so excited to see me, but she kept looking around.  Once she spotted Bill, I was forgotten.  

Bud and Susie hadn't been to the Cookie Jar so we thought that might be a place they would like to try for breakfast.  It was packed and we had to wait a short while for a table.  The service was slow, but we didn't care as we had a lot of catching up to do since we saw them in November.  

Bud had two plates of the breakfast special and finished it all.
  






Can you believe what someone must have done while their Big Sky was in storage.  There's a big scratch about 18 inches long where it looks like someone might have keyed it.

Shortly after we returned from Bud and Susie's the Fed-X man delivered my four packages that contained the prizes I won in Quartzsite.  Look at the size of these boxes.

Lucky for us the only thing that had to be put together was the solar light pole.  The two adirondack chairs fold flat and the foot rest is detachable.  The folding table is a perfect size.  I'm anxious to see how bright the light is after the sun charges it.  Thank you True Power Tools for donating a great prize.

Gloria and Frank King stopped by for coffee on the way home from Quartzsite.  It was good seeing them and hopefully we'll see them again this summer.  They also have a Montana fifth wheel.
